Vegetarian Dishes


  • Angel Hair Pasta w/Mushrooms, w/soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, reduced for a flavorful sauce. A great cold pasta salad, or serve warm w/ parmesan cheese.
  • Baba Ghanoush, a silky smooth dip or spread made from roasted eggplant and tahini; perfect as a dip or sandwich spread.
  • Black Bean Chili, a flavorful vegetarian chili; easy to freeze portions to have convenient meals at a later date.
  • Frittata, choose from 3 variations: Spinach, Artichoke, or Green Chili. Simple frittata recipe!
  • Hawaiian Rice Salad, packed w/natural flavors, using frozen pineapple juice concentrate, plus macadamias for texture. Coconut cream concentrate (from Tropical Traditions), or even coconut oil from the health food store, adds even more flavor.
