Spiced Cranberry Chutney Recipe

In researching the terms "chutney" and "relish", I've concluded that
the two terms are often interchangeable. When seeking to impress, one
might call their homemade concoction a chutney, as it certainly sounds
very appetizing! This recipe serves about 12.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Cinnamon stick
- 1 bag cranberries
- 1 c. sugar
- orange zest
- 2 TBS. frozen orange juice concentrate
Rinse the berries and remove bad ones.
Bring water to boil. Add cayenne, salt, cinnamon sticks, cranberries and
sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 min. or so, until
cranberries pop. Add the orange zest and orange juice concentrate. Make
ahead and chill; the chutney will thicken as it cools.
