  • Angel Hair Pasta w/Mushrooms, w/soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, reduced for a flavorful sauce. A great cold pasta salad, or serve warm w/chunks of chicken, Parmesan cheese.
  • Hawaiian Rice Salad, packed w/natural flavors, using frozen pineapple juice concentrate, plus macadamias for texture. Coconut cream concentrate (from Tropical Traditions), or even coconut oil from the health food store, adds even more flavor.
